It all started with the historic four-star hotel Mirella, almost a town landmark nowadays, soon joined by the hotel Dolomiti at the Tonale Pass, the restaurant Pietra Rossa in Sant’Apollonia and the Mountain Brasserie Nazionale in the centre of Ponte di Legno.
